If the event is cancelled, i.e. not happening anymore, Webtickets will contact you for your refund. The amount you are getting back depends on the terms of the organiser. They might withhold a portion to cover for bank charges.
If an event is just postponed, i.e. moved to another date, your tickets remain valid for the new date.
