 HELP - Ticket refunds

If the event is cancelled, i.e. not happening anymore, you are entitled to a refund. The amount you are getting back depends on the terms of the event organiser. They might withhold a portion to cover for bank charges. Webtickets will contact you for your refund. If you paid your ticket online with your credit card, you will automatically be refunded.

If an event is just postponed, i.e. moved to another date, your tickets remain valid for the new date.
