Namibia Heart Foundation Fundraising Event and Fun Day

Calling all athletes, health enthusiasts and families!
This event caters for everyone, whether you are looking to get some exercise, just want to relax and enjoy some time in nature, or want to spend some quality time having loads of fun as a family!

Our events are open for all, you don't have to be a seasoned cyclist or runner to participate. It's more about having fun and being part of the movement, so we have designed the routes to be beginner friendly so that anyone can join in! We do however have participation medals for the first 40 runner and the first 40 cyclist entries, so don't wait too long to sign up!
By entering one of our events, you are also supporting our cause to raise heart health awareness, and to raise funds for our non-profit organization.
