Kanguu Tears of the Children Foundation is hosting a raffle competition to raise funds for the foundation. Eight prizes to be won, draw will be made on the 28 September 2024 at the Gala dinner.
Terms and conditions
- The competition is open to any Namibian citizens above the age of sixteen.
- Tickets are available till midnight on 27 September 2024.
- Every ticket is one entry into the draw.
- Winners will be required to provide their original ID or passport to claim the prize.
- Kanguu Tears of the Children's Foundation decisions on the winner is final no negotiation will be re-entered.
- No prizes will be exchanged with cash.
- By entering this competition the winner has permitted the Kanguu Tears of Children to contact them with regards to future promotion or competition.
- KTOCF may exercise its own discretion to use the winner's name or pictures on social media.
- No other person is allowed to claim the prizes on behalf of the winners unless the winner is declared hospitalized or dead.
- As per the law of the Republic of Namibia governing these rules terms and conditions and by entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted the competition terms and conditions and gave consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the magistrate court of Windhoek for any proceedings with promotion or competition.
