SECURE TICKET TRANSFER FUNCTION

Our secure ticket transfer function enables you to sell your tickets for selected events to a new purchaser - simply and safely.

The seller logs in and goes to the My Tickets page.
If the ticket transfer function is enabled for an event,
the seller clicks on 'TRANSFER'.

The seller enters the buyer's email address,
clicks 'AUTHORISE TRANSFER' and logs out.

The buyer receives an email notification
and clicks on the link supplied.

The buyer logs in
(or registers if not already a Webtickets customer)
and completes the payment details.

The seller receives proof of refund via email.

Please note: The buyer will be charged a nominal admin fee per ticket. Tickets may only be resold at face value.
